Bel Holland is a ceramicist raised in the Peak District and trained in Fine Art, creating wheel thrown stoneware from her studio in Hartington. Her work bridges utility and artistry – functional and decorative pieces made in small batches, each with subtle variations that speak to the hand of the maker.

Every piece begins on the potter’s wheel using a variety of stoneware clays. Forms are thrown, trimmed and finished by hand, then glazed and fired to create durable, tactile surfaces. Working in small runs preserves consistency where it matters and uniqueness where it counts, no two vessels are identical.

For Diffused by Dapa, we partnered with Bel to craft a bespoke ceramic vessel that complements our signature fragrance. The brief: a form with quiet presence, refined proportion and a glaze tonality that sits seamlessly within our show-home schemes. Bel’s wheel-thrown stoneware delivers weight, stability and a subtle, hand-finished character; an object designed to elevate the show home experience and stand beautifully on its own.

Founded by Philippa and Roger Biles in 2003, True Grace began with a shared love for fine fragrance, rooted in experiences at Portobello Market in 1991. Today, the brand continues to handcraft candles, diffusers, and home scents in a carbon-neutral factory in Wiltshire.

All products are made with mindful intent. The Wiltshire facility has been carbon neutral since 2015, powered by solar and renewable biomass True Grace. Fragrances lay a foundation of natural essential oils with synthetic blends – striking a balance of authenticity, longevity, and performance, while avoiding unsustainable sourcing.
