Your client manager will work closely with you to create a comprehensive design brief including all the relevant information we require about your development, scope of works, branding and build programme.

Our award-winning design studio will create your unique design scheme which will be presented to you and your team. The in-person presentation will include accurate GA plans, M&E layouts, imagery, CGI’s, and samples, creating our vision for the development. We will also present our transparent fee structure.

Once our initial concepts and fees have been agreed, your design will enter the detailed design phase where we will create a comprehensive design package detailing the specific sizes, finishes and performance ratings of all products, as well as an extensive drawing pack for all spaces.

During the entire build programme of the spaces, our in-house design and technical teams will work closely with you and your teams, attending regular on-site and virtual meetings to coordinate all aspects of the building and interior.

Once the final FF&E package has been agreed, our in-house procurement team will purchase, quality check and assemble all the items for your development. We will carry our rigorous checks across the supply chain to ensure quality and accuracy of all products in preparation for your installation.

Once all items have been delivery and checked, our specialist installation team will carefully deliver and install all of the items directly to your space. Working alongside our team of expert joiners, fitters, and other tradespeople, Dapa’s in-house site team will project manager the entire site installation.
