JTRE London is closing in on £300mn in sales at its Triptych Bankside scheme, having secured over £10mn in transactions since the start of the year. 80% of the apartments have now sold following the latest run of deals, which included “undoubtedly the most exceptional residence within the development”. Designed by Dapa Atelier, the £5mn unit on the 16th floor sold before being launched, said JTRE, “such was the demand for turn-key completed apartments”.
The Squire+Partners-designed project in SE1 has delivered a total of 169 luxury homes across two resi towers, along with an 85,000 sq ft office building, and a raft of independent retail, wellness and cultural spaces – including the recently-opened Art Academy London Campus.
The remaining two-beds are priced from £1.735mn; three-beds are pitched from £2.745mn and up.
Nigel Fleming, Managing Director at JTRE London:
“The strong demand coming into the early stages of 2025 is positive to see. It represents renewed confidence in the property market following a politically turbulent end to 2024 and last Thursday’s interest rate reduction was also a welcome relief for buyers, even in the Prime Central London market.
“We feel we have a quality product, in a fantastic location which will continue to attract discerning buyers. With all the pieces of Triptych Bankside coming together, buyers are not only getting an incredible new residence but are community with a distinct sense of place.”
Keir Waddell, Director and Head of Private Client Department at Strutt &
Parker:
“The demand we’re witnessing at Triptych Bankside isn’t merely a trend, it’s a testament to the vision finally realised. Completion ofthe estate has unlocked its full potential, fostering a vibrant sense of community that was always intended. Combine this with the uncompromising quality of the residences themselves, and you have something truly special. But it’s the unique Bankside location, offering an unparalleled blend of cultural richness and modern convenience, that truly seals the deal. Triptych is attracting discerning buyers who aren’t just looking for a new home; they’re seeking a lifestyle, a balance – and Triptych delivers on that promise in spades.”
Rob Burton, Co-founder of Dapa Atelier:
“Artis at the epicentre ofthe design. We have teamed up with a variety of artists on this project, including ‘Studio Yega’ – celebrating African textile heritage through her art, as well as handmade sculptures by Andrew Martin
and limited-edition scagliola and glass ‘Pietre’ coffee table designed by Duffy London and Christopher Ward.”
