Stage 1

Design Brief

Your client manager will work closely with you to create a detailed design brief including all the relevant information we require about your development, plot, target audience and key objectives for the show home.

Stage 2

Design Concept

Our award-winning design studio will create your unique design scheme which will be presented to you and your team. The in-person presentation will include accurate floor plans, imagery, and samples, creating our vision for the interior.

Stage 3

Procurement

Our in-house procurement and project management teams will procure, quality check and prepare all your items ready for installation as well as liaising directly with your on-site teams to plan the installation.

Stage 4

Installation

Our specialist installation team will carefully deliver and install all of the items directly to your plot, followed by our creative styling team who will place and style the entire show home ready for your launch event.
